Upload Photo
You will need to make sure the photograph you upload fits within the guidance of our acceptable photos. If your photo isn't suitable, it may be that your card can not be produced. If you need to change your photo, you can always do this through the Upload photo service. Please note, changing your photo will not automatically produce a new card.
Change Password
The key to producing a good password:
- Easy to remember, hard to guess
- and sufficiently long (minimum of 10 characters)
- A passphrase rather than a password
You can change your password at any time using the Change password service.
Reset forgotten password
You can change your password at any time using the Reset forgotten password service. If you you have not already registered your personal details with the University then please contact the IT Service Desk on 0191 515 3333.
